Unique Name
          My name is Lu Bai, and I come from China. Lu Bai is my Chinese name. There are four seasons in a year. However, there is twenty-four solar term in a year in China, which are small seasons in the spring, summer, fall and, winter. I was born in October. My homeland’s weather is nice in October. At that time, the solar term is white dew and the two characters in Chinese are pronounced as Lu Bai, that’s why my mother gave Lu Bai as my name.
       I like my name because it is easy to remember. My first name just Lu which has two characters. My teachers and friends usually memorize my name quickly. When I go to apply for a driver’ s license or make an appointment with advisors to talk about registering the courses, the officers or advisors will not be confused about my name.
     Lu Bai may not only mean nice weather, but it also means my whole life. I will try my best to make my future nice and full of warm heart and effort.
